TheEngineering Center at a Michigan university uses trigeneration, chilled beams,and other systems in a hands-on learning environment that is honed to inspireand develop the next generation of creative engineers. Students glean data fromsystems, monitor building performance, and suggest improvements. And, thisworks--the building saved 43% in energy cost over baseline in 2016.
