ETSI TS 103 246-3 addresses performance requirements for GNSS-based Location Systems (GBLSs) that combineGlobal Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS - e.g. Galileo) and other navigation technologies with telecommunicationnetworks for delivery of location-based services.The present document defines Performance Features applicable to GBLS and specifies the conditions and requirementsfor these Performance Features.
